    We are currently looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in our brand-new offices in Renens and Ecublens - Lausanne Area.

    In this role, you’ll manage key administrative, accounting, and office support activities that ensure the smooth operation of our business. You will work closely with the Finance, HR, and R&D teams to deliver results that align with our innovation-driven and sustainable approach.

    YOUR MISSION

    Finance & Purchasing Support

    • Process Purchase Orders (POs) in alignment with internal procurement procedures

    • Track and reconcile orders with delivery and invoice documentation

    • Enter and verify supplier invoices in the accounting or ERP system

    • Assist with expense reports and support the Finance team with administrative accounting tasks

    Office & Facilities Management

    • Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters (supplies, maintenance, repairs)

    • Manage office supply inventory and place replenishment orders

    • Liaise with service providers and ensure the office environment is tidy, functional, and welcoming

    • Coordinate meeting rooms and logistics for internal events

    Administrative Support

    • Provide general admin support to departments, including document preparation and filing

    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, calls, email distribution)

    • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements

    • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (badges, workspace setup, access)

    • Maintain internal documentation and help enforce company administrative procedures

    YOUR PROFILE

    • CFC d'employé(e) de commerce / Commercial apprenticeship certificate or equivalent qualification

    • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in an agile environment

    • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace

    • Familiarity with finance tools or ERP systems (e.g., Abacus, SAP, Odoo, etc.) is an asset

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    • Service-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently

    • Genuine interest in sustainability and a passion for GreenTech

    • Fluent in French and English

    We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and drive financial strategy, define and lead fundraising efforts, and oversee global business operations.

    Our CFO will play a critical role in shaping Freshape’s financial strategy, optimizing business operations, and ensuring long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing fundraising strategies, strategic financial planning, and managing financial operations across multiple countries.     YOUR MISSION

    Fundraising Strategy & Investor Relations

    • Define and develop Freshape’s fundraising strategy from the ground up, identifying suitable financing structures to support long-term growth.

    • Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

    • Oversee financial due diligence, investor communications, and capital structuring to optimize Freshape’s financial position.

    • Assess and implement an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as part of the company’s long-term financial and talent retention strategy.

    • Set the vision for capital allocation and ensure effective use of funds raised.

    Global Financial Strategy & Business Operations

    • Develop and execute financial strategies to support global business expansion and operational efficiency (with the focus on China and the US).

    • Provide financial oversight of international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

    • Drive high-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across global operations.

    • Implement and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls for scalable growth.

    • Support R&D teams by aligning financial planning with innovation initiatives, ensuring risk management without hindering creativity.

    Risk Management & Compliance

    • Provide strategic oversight on financial risks and compliance frameworks, ensuring regulatory alignment in key markets (China, U.S., and global operations).

    • Identify financial risks and mitigation strategies at a corporate level.

    • Oversee audit, tax, and treasury functions to align with business objectives.

    • Guide financial governance and corporate structure planning to support long-term stability.

     

    YOUR PROFILE

    • MSc or MBA in Finance or related fields

    • 5+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in high-growth, globally operating companies

    • Proven track record in developing and executing fundraising strategies, capital markets, and investor relations

    • Strong knowledge of international finance, business strategy, and corporate governance

    • Experience managing financial operations across multiple countries

    • Experience in the U.S. and Chinese market will be a strong plus

    • Strong interest and passion for GreenTech is a must

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach

    • Ability to lead and scale finance teams in a fast-paced, global environment

    In this role, you will be able to create and develop web applications, to help build and scale our cloud-based SaaS platform. You will work closely with algorithm engineers to expose advanced machine learning algorithms through a performant, intuitive, and robust user interface and API infrastructure.     YOUR MISSION

    • Migrate our React/Flask prototype to a scalable production stack

    • Design, implement, and maintain core features of our SaaS platform

    • Collaborate with algorithm engineers to define data exchange formats, interface contracts, and model deployment flows. And work with the product team to define and implement intuitive UX.

    • Develop robust RESTful APIs to serve client applications and support integration with internal and external tools and systems.

    • Contribute to frontend architecture with a focus on scalability, UX performance, and maintainability.

    • Design and manage relational databases and data pipelines for model inputs/outputs, user data, and job execution.

    • Ensure robust system behavior via automated tests, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.

    • Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security of production systems.

    • Participate in roadmap planning, design reviews, and agile sprints alongside product and algorithm teams.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • MSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

    • 3+ years of experience developing production-grade fullstack web applications.

    • Strong proficiency in React (with TypeScript), Node.js and python web frameworks (like Flask or Django).

    • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

    • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture (component-driven, state management, etc.).

    • Strong backend fundamentals including routing, authentication, background processing, and SQL database design.

    • Working knowledge of Docker, container orchestration, and deploying applications to cloud infrastructure.

    • Familiarity with testing strategies and frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library).

    • Previous experience in building or scaling SaaS platforms.

    • Exposure to data privacy, GDPR, or handling sensitive customer datasets.

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD), observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Sentry).

    In this role, you will join the team responsible for designing an innovative and space-efficient indoor plant-growing system. Your main responsibility will be to help transition the current design into the production phase. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver outcomes that align with our innovation-driven and sustainable approach.

    YOUR MISSION

    • Preparation of technical drawings, assembly plans and comprehensive documentation to support the transition of the product into the production phase.

    • Lead the mechanical design of the product, including complex assemblies, water management systems, sealing mechanisms, and bench testing setups.

    • Contribute across various stages of product development by offering technical insights and proposing effective solutions to overcome engineering challenges.

    • Build, test, and iterate on functional prototypes to meet performance and design requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

    • Source components and manufacturing services, leveraging both internal capabilities and external suppliers to support prototype construction.

    • Identify necessary certifications and coordinate internal or third-party pre-certification testing.

    •  Experienced Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years in fast-paced startup and early-stage environments.

    • Proven experience in drafting detailed specification plans for product development and manufacturing.

    • Experience in design for injection-molded plastic part production.

    • Skilled in managing product lifecycle, from concept and industrial design through to production.

    • Proficient in industry-standard CAD tools including Onshape, SolidWorks, and CATIA.

    • Strong background in rapid prototyping using 3D printing, building experimental setups.

    • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and fluent in English.

    In this role, you’ll develop and execute IP strategies to protect innovations, manage patent portfolios, and collaborate with teams, users, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with global IP regulations and support innovation efforts.

    YOUR MISSION

    • Conduct patent searches and manage applications, trademarks, and copyrights for new products and technologies.

    • Support in drafting and filing of utility and design patents as well as trademark protection.

    • Develop and maintain a strategic patent portfolio.

    • Build and analyze patent maps while monitoring competitor IP activity to identify risks and opportunities.

    • Ensure compliance with global IP regulations, perform freedom to operate checks, and provide guidance on licensing and technology agreements.

    • Educate teams on IP processes and best practices and mitigate IP risks in product development.

    • Engage users and stakeholders effectively to gather insights and support innovation efforts.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • BSc or MSc degree in Science, Engineering, Law, Intellectual Property Management, or a related field

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in patent searching, filing, and managing intellectual property portfolios

    • In-depth knowledge of global IP regulations, patent laws, and processes, including licensing and technology transfer

    • Proficiency in using patent databases (e.g., Espacenet, USPTO, WIPO) and IP management tools

    • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product management and design

    • Proven ability to engage with external stakeholders or users, with a focus on innovation and IP strategy

    • Previous experience in the renewable energy domain or consumer electronics is a plus

    • Product management mindset, with the ability to align IP strategies with business objectives
