YOUR MISSION
• Actively contribute to the company's strategy by assisting the CEO in realizing Freshape's vision through HR strategy
• Manage, plan and execute full cycle tactical recruitment processes and work alongside local management to drive all recruitment activity
• Establish and develop relationships and partnerships for recruitment purposes with universities, colleges, schools, ...
• Establish and develop relationships with local administration and government entities
• Supervise and Support the HR / Payroll function
• Establish and implement new HR policies and best practices based on the vision of the company
• Manage and conduct continuous performances assessments for all the employees
• Establish, plan, execute in the coordination of the annual salary and bonus review process
• Advise and coach functional management on legal matters and protocols assuring the compliance with local regulations
• Ensure all contracts, policies and HR systems comply with relevant Swiss and World regulations
• Manage all the administration of the company
• Assist managers with employee-related issues
YOUR PROFILE
• Passionate and results oriented
• More than 5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a green tech on an international scope
• Bachelor’s degree in management, HR, Psychology, or equivalent
• Expertise on OKR assessment system
• Fluent English AND French, German is an asset
• Solid knowledge of Swiss HR laws, Labor law and Business law
• Strong experience in Recruitment, on all types of profiles and at all levels (junior to executive), on an international scale

YOUR MISSION
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Lead/Senior Thermal Engineer to join our team in our new brand offices in Ecublens – Lausanne Area.

YOUR MISSION
• Manage and lead research & development efforts with team members. This include providing technical expertise and guidance to team members
• Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative process engineering strategies for our sustainable and eco-friendly products
• Define and execute R&D tasks to achieve technology – commercial product integration
• Collaborate and identify inter-departmental strategic research initiatives
• Identify and define R&D Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and milestones, together with team members to ensure alignment with project timelines and project budget

YOUR PROFILE
• M.Eng. or Ph.D. degree in Thermal/Mechanical/Energy/Process Engineering
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in applied heat and mass transfer of energy systems
• Knowledge in fluid flow/mechanics (pipe flow, flow in cavities etc.) and heat transfer (single-phase) are mandatory
• Knowledge in phase-change heat transfer, i.e., two-phase flow and evaporation, is highly desirable
• Proven track record with hands-on experience in conceptualizing innovative novel ideas to realizing Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and/or prototype demonstrations
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in design and implementation of control applications is an asset
• Fluent in English

YOUR MISSION
• As part of a multidisciplinary team covering agriculture, biology, chemistry, electronics, automation and mechanical design domains, you will bring together all of these aspects and their constraints into a working product that can be produced in large volumes
• Participate in the definition of the product roadmap for product development based on our R&D. Ensure that deadlines are met, report out progress and key milestones
• Assemble, test and evaluate the prototypes that you produce
• Identify the relevant standards and ensure that the products adhere to them
• Work closely with other teams both in Switzerland and China to ensure alignment
• Ensure that the product delivered exceeds customer expectations
• Follow industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for product innovation and future product updates

You are looking for an internship in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of top engineers’ talents, within a company that is trying to reshape the future for the best of the next generations?
As an algorithm engineer intern, you will work on Freshape’s groundbreaking smart pen device. The device is a new generation of stylus embedding state of the art signal and image processing, providing advanced features bringing computer human interaction onto a new level.
During this internship you will be part of our R&D team and you will be working on the development of new algorithms and features. Beyond putting your skills and theoretical knowledge into practice, you will learn new concepts and technologies by collaborating with other researchers and engineers.
From the research and prototyping stage to the implementation and integration of the new features you will be involved in all development stages. It will allow you to acquire experience in different fields and to get your efforts rewarded by real-time demonstration. As an intern, you will also regularly be sharing your findings and ideas with the team, presenting your results and receiving constructive feedback from teammates and your supervisor.
We already have a pre-established list of topics that you could work on, but we are willing to adapt the subject to your personal skills and interests if you’re motivated to join us.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
